Because it's an epic gamemode from back in the day... Still haven't got any gamemodes that capture the essence or the ideals of the original mode.
Really, nothing comes close to a shitty GodFather server... It's like WTF!?!?!

Your best bet is to get a newer gamemode. Godfather is really only good for reference material (if that).
