I updated my whole sa-mp now with new pawn.. and still the same warning

I updated my whole sa-mp now with new pawn.. and still the same warning
Wierd I never had that warning

any tip about how to fix it? I tried to make a total new server - editing file names, the place the file is and so on

because of that warning - I cant make accounts and so on

Remove the public 'OnPlayerPrivmsg', it was removed in sa-mp 0.3

and yes i have it in include but an error
cannot read from file: "xadmin/XtremeAdmin.inc"

How do i fix this? i never touched anything, i opened the file cause it wasent loading into server.

Then it will not make the XtremeAdmin2.amx IF ANYONE HAS THE XtremeAdmin2.amx PLEASE LET ME DOWNLOAD IT
You don't have the include in the folder it should be pawno>>includes
