No. When it generates bitmap - it computing some data about orientation rendered objects at bitmap, so it can be near directly used to projecting gamescenes with textdraws on playerscreen.

The generated data is for pixels. Thus, the data is not valid for text draws.

You just forgot (or didnt know) that render working at several steps where the last one - generating bitmap. But firstly it have to select only objects that need to be rendered. Plus render have to know objects orientation to draw verticles, then fill visible polygone mesh. So why not using just first steps?

No collision data found when loading the plugin.
Following the instructions for the cabd file correctly so I don't understand.
Server crashes with segmentation fault nearly instantly.
Edit: change cadb file name to ColAndreas.cadb appeared to work. Gonna test it IG now for functions.

The old ColAndreas Wizard isn't working for me. It just doesn't open when I try to start it. The new one is working fine for me but the main post says that there is an issue with it.
What should I do ? I tried to run it as admin or in the compatibility mode but nothing worked.
