This has nothing to do with the server. It downgrades the GTA Version, which has to be US 1.0 in order to play SA-MP, regardless of the SA-MP version.

I have a problem with compiling: "unable to execute compiler". Yes, I have installed the microsoft net framework 3.5. Yes, I have Microsoft VIsual C++ Redistributable. I have rad many helping forums. I have windows xp. Nothing worked. Please help. Also, i would like to ask, why would someone want to download this patch?

So I bought GTA SA digitally from Amazon. I looked at the read me and it is indeed V.1 and i Installed SA MP to the C:/ folder where GTA SA is.

However, The game does not start up, only Single player does
