GeoIPCity.dat has no use in this plugin, am I'm right? Because in the include there aren't functions definied to get players city location.
But GeoIPCity.dat is still forced to use, otherwise the server crash...
This plugin actually only need GeoIP.dat?

If I'm wrong then correct me please but otherwise can anyone edit this plugin?
