Having s0b helps, it changes window's style. Usually when we alt-tab without any mod it just disappears and we see a black screen instead. The only "fix" I found for it was to put the game in windowed mode then alt-tab. When you are alt-tabbed like this I found that your game isn't actually paused, which can be a problem sometimes.
Also, another suggestion I want to give (or is this a bug of synchronisation ?) is to make the character of other players to don't move on your screen if you touch them. If you touch a player, you can see their character moving, but on their screen their character isn't moving. This annoys me everytime I'm in game, when trying to do animations with other players. They are like: "Why are you hugging the air ?", because their location is changed on my screen only. Is this more of a bug report or a suggestion ?

Speaking of Window mode, a borderless window mode would be awesome.

IIRC, you can toggle the title bar and border using AHK.

AttachPlayer3DTextLabelToPlayer/Vehicle, I don't really know if there's a way to do it already but there aren't these functions in the game yet
@Edit: nvm just realized about the arguments for CreatePlayer3DTextLabel

SUGGESTION/REQUEST
Fix tow truck bug. We should tow cars without any script.

A BUILT-IN ANTI-CHEAT!
Re: Suggestions for future SA:MP updates -

What a lot of people are forgetting is this very simple thing:
"If it's scriptable in PAWN, it won't be added."
Don't waste your time suggesting ideas that can be scripted.
Re: Suggestions for future SA:MP updates - Quinncell - 30.09.2016
increase the in-game chat from 50 to 100.

Cheats are a large part of why SA-MP is what it is. Let's face it, if there was an anti-cheat built in we would lose a large amount of players and it would make a lot of today's scripts useless (admin systems, anticheats, moderators, etc).
Plus an anticheat would be invading more than what most players want.

Moderators and administrators will still have a job to uphold, as the anti-cheat won't stop players from rule-breaking. They could also focus more on playing, because that's what games are for.
I could reverse your logic by saying that without a built-in anti-cheat, SA-MP keeps and will keep loosing oldies. Because administrators make it almost impossible to play on a server with the wide range of hacks available for download. Literally every step I make is considered a "hack". I got banned for
run hacks once, even though I didn't have a different running style (mod), or any mods. I always use a stock game.
Because this is so pathetic man, the game is becoming lame. I'm close to giving up. I have 1.0% to 0.0% hope,
that SA-MP will become great again.

If there would be a built in anticheat, it could be an option for server owners to enable / disable it.
I would be satisfied if we could have an option to enable / disable CLEO mods, or the "so.be.it" or any of its version. (I think SA-MP client could be check it.)
I have a 7 years old Hungarian server, and we always have problems with cheaters. (Yes, we already have a lot of anticheat function, but we can't control a lot of cheat.)
We have administrators, but this is not the best solution. (If there is no online administrators, cheaters can use a lot of cheat.)
Not to mention if there are some corrupt admins...
I think those scripts wouldn't be useless. But if it does, I think that wouldn't be a problem. It would be a better way than the currently anarchy.

Same here bud, once i died and got this white wine bottle in my hand idk if it's a samp bug and this stupid admin by the name of "Yezphar" banned me for running mods idk where the heck the bottle came from,so i just cut off from the samp scene for a bit majority of the admins on servers don't know what the heck they're doing. Imagine you loving a server everyday you get up you play, you loved it soo much then the admin treated you badly etc etc you're gonna eventually get fed up then leave. i've alot of samp friends that left for 1. Admin abuses on the server they like 2. there friends leave.. I argree with your previous suggestion a full 100%. Sa-mp should of just been a new community where you could join a server don't worry about rulebreakers/hackers but it just isn't like that we just gotta learn to deal with it,as kalcor is to busy to make a new version we have to understand he's only human he has a life.
Thank You.

America's Army used 'Punkbuster' for anti-cheat. I have never cheated in any online game. When you use hacks, you're not only ruining the game for other players, you're ruining it for yourself. Punkbuster had a player screenshot mechanism that server admins could use to check for players running hack overlays. After I upgraded my video card, Punkbuster for some reason couldn't get a screenshot and the admins on the server I played on started accusing me of running hacks. I was fairly pissed with the accusation and didn't like the idea of client-side AC since.
SA-MP did have a client AC at one point called SAC, which wasn't developed by me. I allowed SAC to run for 6 months or so and SA-MP's total player count stalled around 4000. A lot of players were having trouble automatically downloading new SAC versions. The problem was similar to Punkbuster updates. One of the developers on the team who got kicked out, decided to leak the SA-MP source code on piratebay; around the 0.2.5 timeframe, which included SAC's private signing encryption keys. That was the nail in the coffin for SAC. A few months after removing SAC, SA-MP's player count went from 4000 to 8000, proving that a lot of people had problems with it.
What I've tried to do in place of client-side AC is give server owners enough tools in the server script to at least prevent hackers from being able to ruin the game for other players.
I think a lot of SA-MP players appreciate the fact that SA-MP isn't invasive and the server owners aren't able to constantly probe your computer or GTA:SA installation. Some client-side AC is borderline spyware.
Mike is a smart guy, so you're either misinterpreting what he said or that wasn't the real Mike. There were never 20 devs working on SA-MP. Even at the peak of the number of devs working on SA-MP, 80-90% of the codebase was written by me.

We are all waiting, but we don't know there will be any new update of SA-MP.
I would be happy, if I can read some information about the features that Kalcor is planning.

A client-sided AC would be pretty useless, believe me, Kalcor would need to update it at least weekly, and it would cause the playerbase to decrease, we just need more functions to handle ban evading and maybe read some process memory from clients game, it would be more than enough, the only way to avoid readprocessmemory would send fake data and spam it, even with those cases we could increase the server protection in about 200%

Not an actual anti-cheat like the ones released on this forum, more like based on files in the game and external processes tunneling to the game.
And/or a function that returns the name of the files that the game doesn't recognize as default.
There's just so many cheateros, admins end up banning innocent players.
