Are you sure that crash doesn't happen in the R2 server? It looks like OnPlayerDisconnect was called in the gamemode then something about your script amx caused amx_FindPublic to crash.

I don't think they're lying. It's most likely a memory hacking plugin that needs to be updated for R3.

I had problems with plugins, especially with crashdetect. I removed and the server started normally.

Has this started up again? My server is no longer responding to requests for info most of the time, instead you get the ping of the server and no further information. I tried to use R3, but that causes the server to crash on minor things (such as SetWorldTime, accorrding to crashdetect), samp_protect plugin didn't affect it, and the python script is a dead link now so i can't try that.
Not sure if its the same thing again, or if its an unrelated spontaneous issue somewher.
