When kalcor has canclled the 0.3.8 version, some members start complaining and getting pissed off so he decided to release this version which is unoffcail.

The sad thing is that we can't join server that are using 0.3.7, but anyway good job.

Hard to explain, but If I could try to explain with a few words:
There's no point.
It's just to some guys have some fun with the downloading feature, however they'll never get the same amount of playerbase like 0.3.7 since it won't be available on the SAMP download page.

After a decade, separate version has been released which isn't official i wonder if any player would bother to download it.

It is official.
It is an optional update.
