Function IsValidVehicle is already a native of SA:MP itself, it just needs to add a native to a_samp.inc.

LMAO, i just realized the script was still compiled, at the first i thought it was aborted that's why i reply lol
Well in the new version that was uploaded in comments.

The lspd garage /door/ is invisible.
spectate cmd is broken
