I know i iv used it but it my server still crash, but iv another file in my windows called "samp03svr" because im using VPS cant replace it :S

Is it only me, or this patch only fixed that server stays online?

Because samp process still use quiet alot of CPU, 4x cores ( @ 3.40GHz ) of my VPS is working on 100% right now.
