Just wondering how would i go by uncommeting the fuel and speedo out as i have one allready i just need the owner ship also how do i set the price of the car as it i just 0

ok ive tryed to get this working with my own gamemode i did everything the instructions said the first time it kept restarting so i reinstalled it doing the same thing but now the vehicles dont load at all?
