Sorry for my bad english. Kalcor not just released the DL version. This is done to try to load models. A good step Kalcor. Good luck and effort in working on SA: MP. Thank you, Kalcor!

Have the existing bugs of version 0.3.8 RC been fixed?

- Non-functional class system with new skins.
- Actors performing animation when you get close with a vehicle.
- If the player reconnects, OnPlayerFinishedDownloading is not called.

I was playing on 0.3.DL and bugs, like animation when fence is destroy, are still here.

Glad to see that this wasn't cancelled completely. I hope at some point this version will get some improvements and more features, and then becomes the main release.
