EDIT: Problem solved found it on my own.

Edit2: is there a way to set where players spawn ingame or? and also I found out when I enter the Grotti dealership I fall to my death no int loads and I get this error on server startup

/movelocation is how to set the Spawn
And that's because Grotti has no interior. /movebusiness

And those errors are from outdated versions of WP and Streamer.

There is no way to delete houses or businesses, and families and factions are combined into "groups".

Try /ah to look through some of the group commands. No car rental, though.

The locker is dynamic. Use /movelocation and move LockerPos to move the LSPD's locker.
