This was just meant to be a quick fix for every SA-MP servers so rather than waiting for many features, it's better to have major fixes.

RC4 is "Release Candidate" this is R4, an optional server update.

At next update of SA-MP please try to listen our suggestion with carefully and respect.

Please try to add something at next update that the players with low power PC/Laptop won't lag expect the internet problems.

nothing interesting, please work more on updates, not 1 feature per 6 months....thats my opinion.
