Agree with Excelize. The most effective system to avoid most of these 'rep 4 rep' things is to stop setting requirements for something based on reputation. This doesn't mean there shouldn't be a requirement at all, but there may be some better solutions.

Note that I don't care about it myself that much, I don't have anything to advertise anyways.

I don't know what the limits of bumping are on these forums, but the previous post are posted just a month ago. It's either bumping older threads or creating new ones to discuss something.
