Yes there isnt. But there are lots of left projects for GTA 3 MP.
The coolest one was left in 2005, it is called GoE GTA Multiplayer (GGM) and has traffic and 2 gamemodes

I played VC:MP and the (army) chain gun dident line up with the bullets and when I ran out of ammo in any server in any gun my game crashed!

No, there was just 0.2.2 R3. Note how there were various releases of 0.2.2.
(EDIT: I've only got R3 rc5 through rc9 archived. :/)

No - i want 0.2 Release candidate 3 and 4, not 0.2.2, understand? That was with 4 players limit.

Please dont jump down my throat for this but can any one tell me what is the best possible option for getting gta SA-MP on my new 10.5 leopard mac os x Im pretty sure I can run windows which should help me out but I need to know what hardware and stuff like that please help me out
