If I already install and extract the .tar file with putty, can I manage it with filezilla?

Use port 21 or 22 ?

22 is default and connection type SFTP.

hi
i've just installed lamp + phpmyadmin on my ubuntu 16.04 server.
its perfectly working & phpmyadmin successfully working.
buy when i launch sa:mp server it can't connect to database server. (without error but nothing will be loaded when i launch it).
i'm sure database informations in my gamemode is correct.
note: mysql connection type is unix_socket , can it be a problem ?

check again your database info,thats maybe the problem.
