Escape the Fate - Ungrateful
will forever be my most favorite song, listening to this for so many years.
By the way, the first post features Rammstein, ain't it a rock band rather than metal?

I do know about 'The Big 4' (Metallica, Slayer, Anthrax, Megadeth). And searched 'the big 5' on ******* real quick but could not find something metal related in the first three search results. Are you absolutely sure you don't mean 'The Big 4'?

No it is metal.
When purely talking about rock it is usually way happier, less palm mutes, way different scales (metal usually has more half-steps between notes and rock more full-steps). Think of Chuck Berry (eg.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4bv_ALKkTjQ), Vengeance (hardrock) (
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yhPHcqTyQtk) etc. Thбt is (hard)rock (:
Rammstein is metal, though based on techno, industrial and punk and some goth stuff or so. They appearantly call it 'tanzmetall' (dance metal)- since there would be a beat or so. Read that once on wikipedia (dutch version). But off course Wikipedia cannot fully be trusted.
Speaking about metal,

Metal + subgenres is confusing as hell though. There are like tons of genres and nobody exactly seems to know what what is precisely (not that it matters that much. Don't really care about it, I just want to enjoy the music. But to get on point, I read that aswell (Wikipedia, English version). Guess we'll really never know :')
Before I posted this reply I looked for a bit on ******* to see if they somewhere in an interview said they called it Tanzmetal. I found this:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kyn7fFHpNuM (Title:
Rammstein - Tanz Metal {Full Movie} but the description says:
The classic documentary on the German industrial band, pioneers of tanz (dance) metal, (...) - So I guess it just doesn't matter hahah).
Didn't watch the video at this point (so I have no idea if they actually say something about 'tanz metal' or industrial metal') but I will soon (it does seem interesting).
