It's nice, but you would made a great advertisement of your server (that you have a lot of players in it)if you just put the camera near a streat or place where a lot of players are crossing in this 24 minutes.

Can anyone make the time realistic
1 min passes in 1 sec
I want 1 min to pass in 1 min so that it coincides with realtime

You should create a sec variable too, unless you want for example: "to change a weather like every 60 seconds" of the current minute.
Why? Simple.
For example:
Fryday, h=5, m=2, 5:02 but
5:02:y, y=seconds.
So every 1 second until it reaches 60, it does something.
I told you this because I've seen something incorrect wich won't work the way we all want.
BTW, is good, it would be amazing if you add something like:
