updating drivers doesn't help either

and changing gta.exe compatability just causes me to crash on the sa-mp load up screen
its because you have Vista or its bug in singleplayaer that happens too ^^

always worked good on xp, but sa-mp isn't fully compatible with vista or windows 7 and it should be, hence the freeze glitches

Very good job! I like taxis droven by BOTs and new fight styles . But I must say this version is a bit fail for DM players - sliding after every shot and very strange hitboxes (this is for deagle) BUT on the other hand an awesome sync for weapons like spas12, m4 or sniper . I think the most of DM players will agree with me.
Are you goin' to make some repairs for 0.3a version?

R3 is just a server release, there is no 0.3a R3 client just 0.3a
