I believe if you use 800x600 it will use the old samp 0.2 style for the chat box (whether that helps you or not I do not know).

As you can see on the page 6, there is movie where you can watch when people shot with 1handed sawnoff, tec9 and 9mm(pistol), so i think every weapon which can be two handed will be possible to script descreasing skill to one handed.
