Okay, here is my comment of it;

First, I don't like that it ONLY mod the car and doesn't repair the car.
Second, its a REALLY good idea to make RP of, I'll thinking about to mod it to a faction, if you'll give me the permission, of course you will get on /credits! :P
Anyway, I like it, but maybe you could make the /carup more "stable"?
Idk, but great!
