you can do it for normal players and RCON admins command /cheatsoff or something like that, that will disable cheats for regular players

It shouldnґt be very complicated, just one more command and one more variable, if cheats are disabled, players will just send normal message like "rocketman" etc.

PWN4LYFE = Player gets Minigun
IAINTFOOLIN = Player gets HS Rocket Launcher
ILLBEBACKWITHWEAPONS = Player keeps weapons on spawn
ILOVEARAINYNIGHT = Duh :P
IAM1337 = Kill player and say, "No, Dak is."
ADMINSSUCK = Kill, say "You must be thinking about last night with your mom." then ban.
