Given the fact that it was modified 1st September, so people who got the files from when he posted it originally in the "Connection flood" thread, it should be the same version.

And yes we will not wait 2 years for another update.
We want the update this year.

I hope the threads like \'SAMP is dying\' - \'Kalcor died\' and etc stop now. You can see that Kalcolor is still spending time updating it and never left us.

I think there\'s a problem with this release... when I upgraded my SA-MP server to R2-2 and R2-2-1 I got some errors with FCNPC plugin:

[FCNPC] Error: NPC \'npc0\' not created. Name \'npc0\' is invalid or the maxnpc limit in server.cfg has been reached.

Failed to create NPC Id npc0(0).

I THINK it\'s about new SA-MP release, not FCNPC
