Maybe instead of formatting "file" only at OnPlayerConnect, format "file" at every command. Right before the Dini_Create and Dini_Set-functions.

Bud all want to be admin some of the players are very new and have no idea how to play or the funcions of the server/samp and want to be admin on the finally you have 50 admins 1 one player
