Simple solution, open the file in Wordpad instead of Notepad. Notpad is a little buggy with formatting.

Finally found a use for this, maybe forcing players to connect with clantags? Can someone see fi whitelisting [SAMP]* lets anyone with [SAMP] Connect.

Unless you put an Application For in your website, for example for Roleplay servers, you make sure that Only the good RPers join your server, their Discipline will appear in the Application. More like Los Santos Roleplay (LS-RP)
