since you're just a beginner, I'd recommend stop stretching font and image for no reason. For image just find a proper image, and simply adjust it to your liking. Also, why are you using compressed form JPG? why not PNG? It'll be alot better.

i use PNG also

Like when you do siggy's with no background coz if you do with JPG it will ruin the Text without a background
