Many of them are already in the game.

It was explained earlier in this topic that skins need the so called "bone structure" in order to be used.
Because of their different forms and variations, you cannot apply all the skins to the same skeleton, as some of them will look very weird when performing certain animations.

But most of the skins can be easily edited to fix this.
