In the Filterscript testdbg, there are some Lines with Actor ID ^^

You'll have to downgrade it, though I doubt it will be possible, as the Steam version is v3.
I heard somewhere it's possible, though.

I have a feeling that SAMP 0.3 has just died.. No one is working on it obviously.. its been 1 year since the actual time they talked about 0.3 .. lol

I totally agree. If they release it now, it will most probably be buggy, give them some time to complete it.
