Please i need help... My Server is full... WHAT THE F... IS GOING ON? i do all i update to 0.3z R4 anda nothing.... How i can fix this?

kick() will free up the slot that spoofed ip reserves, you just need to know which ips are fake and which should be allowed in.

The whitelist can also be automaticly done via website that they have to just load up.

Also, when the attack starts people will start to time out because of the initial data burst, but you can prevent that by increasing the timeout limit - see sa-mp wiki on server.cfg, i added 2 more values, one of them is player timeout var.

Spoofed ip addresses don't call OnIncomingConnection and OnPlayerConnect callbacks.

Who are you paying $100 to?
You do know most servers don't use the hosted tab, yet they still attract customers. Even if you removed yourself from hosted tab other servers will come and take your place.

We can fix this problem by using

This means that each player will be able to login each 1000ms to the server.
Other connections will be ignored

That isn't the solution. If it was that easy... That just limits the intervals at which the exploit can be executed. Still won't prevent this.
