It's not that, they just attempt to convey their message in 'English' (really, just broken typing) and do not accomplish it well. We cannot understand the contents (or anything) of the gamemode if we have no idea what it says, as many of us do not understand Chinese. It's sad to know, but hopefully someone who speaks Chinese and fluent English in this community would be a willing translator.

Guys, you can stop mentioning it not being in English, it's pretty damn understood.

It's not that, is that there aren't a lot of Chinese players that play SA-MP, so if you open a Chinese server you probably won't get much players.

Seems like a nice script, try to find someone to translate it
