Ahh. I contacted someone and gave him the IP and he could connect. But, I can't view my server. Any idea how to fix this problem or this is because the blocked IPs in Pakistan?

Use your lan ip adress for your own.

Your port forward is done YOU can,t connect via external IP You will able only with your IP goto RUN<CMD <Ipconfig IP copy and paste in SAMP<ADD<IP
Then if your friends want play then give him external IP You can get this from here whatsmyip.org

If you use your own external IP - it will go on the DNS-servers look for your own IP. It just sends the whole package back ( so no result ). This will drop the data, and therefor not show anything. Use localhost.

Next time use the search button, the wiki or common sense.
