L_Skills updated to v1.2. Fixed a few bugs, added anti-cheat protection. View change logs and main post for more info.

L_Skills2 provides Anti-Skill cheat protection and has a great bug fix which is, L_Skills won't perform any damages to any player if they're in AFK. Normally in SA-MP, OnPlayerGiveDamage and OnPlayerTakeDamage calls still even if a player is paused, but in the v2, L_Skills performs only if player isn't paused. Although, it might not work very well in case if a player pauses and unpause quickly.

I've done a small update to this include by fixing the hooking parts under "OnPlayerGiveDamage" callback. It would have been returning 0 at some intervals, that's fixed now. And also, this include is now compatible with both 0.3z and 0.3x.

I will be working completely in rebuilding this include to a better version soon. I'm busy these days and I'm not at home, so I could do a very small update only right now, when I was free. Just like said on older posts, suggestions are always welcome. Bug reports would be much better in case if you've found.
