Thant doesn't sound safe. but it probly is. Why would antivirus programs detect this as a virus in the 1st place?

actually i don't have an access to the server... that's why i need an application...

Probably because most antiviruses suck. They will detect any exe file as a virus.

Well im on windows and a server hosting site it hosting it. I can't do linux stuff on a Windows Computer. Thats why a app needs to be made
