It wouldn't just work like that, if you thought about it...
A Filterscript, would be too basic 
If you could, you could make levels, score boards I don't script or anything So I don't know if any of that is possible, but when you think about it there's so many possibilities.

I agree, this should be combined into an all-in-1 server (i believe it's called freeroam) that has all kinds of minigames & shit.
