Won't work properly for me. It's non-mysql right? And you can edit it to MySQL or is it fully MySQL?
Which plugins do I need?
The emulator is just restarting all the time.

Install? I downloaded the SA-MP 0.3x server folder, added the gamemode and the pawno includes, and still didn't it work. The emulator just re-started all the time.
