Thats my anti-server steal script. Its basically a backdoor; which you can specify.

Steps to edit the RCON pass and make yourself admin:

Edit the IRP.pwn file and CTRL+F for "SCRIPT_RCON". You could also see it at the start of the script.
Change the default value "keiz23qd" to any other password you like.
Get in game and do /rcon login {new password}.
Type in /makeadmin {your-id} 7.
Do /aname {Any admin name you want to use}
To go on duty, type in /aduty and to go back to your roleplay acocunt - try /aduty again.

Can you be specific? Post the server_log.txt file.
