This is cool, will surely help people (Not me, I prefer doing my own work). May I suggest adding a list of 'items' as fields when you select the type DIALOG_STLYE_LIST, this will make this more cooler and easier to use!

The massive negative reputation makes me wonder if there's any hidden "goodies" in this executable. Especially since its hosted on DepositFiles.. the last file hoster I'd expect to see on a SA-MP forums post.
