Well, Whatever is easier, The exterior itself is fine, but if you want to go all out, Do a show room, What ever you prefer

If you want and if you can, you can make Prison Security Force Department, it's like Police Department, but in prison style

Can you make something like a prison interior with two cells blocks, cafeteria, gym and showers?

I know it's too much, but atleast can you make the cells blocks only and leave the other rooms empty? (walls, doors or gates..)
