go to either

localhost on chrome or mozzila
or
192.168.1.124

it should appear a Username and a pass

Username most times is your Internet Provider and the pass is the WEP Key

The go to Applications

Add SAMP

Ports 7777 end Ports 7777

Done

And run samp-server.exe

And go to whatsmyip.com
check it . Copy paste it and send to your friends
