Meh, many servers make money and don't even realise that they're making money illegally by selling in-game features that have been created by Rockstar games, unless they're donations and they're featuring packs for a specific amount donated; it can be legal.

I don't even know if anyone would even give a darn about what it says lol, since they still resell something on the forums

Here is a preview of a much cooler looking example that uses particles if anyone wants to tinker around with it. This still fetches data at 40hz but it uses less objects and sends updates less frequently by using very simple beat detection. The particles will emit out of the fountain at Pershing Square.

Non-commercial means that you dont get profit from it... That means you can sell shit as long as you only use the funds to pay your server etc...
