Well i used the gamemode, now i wanted to be an admin on that server( cuz i made some changes and use it as my server) so how can i become an admin. I am super confused

Yep but he put that local ip there so ppl are able to test it without opening the port.
check your ip on www.whatsmyip.org and then open the port in your router.
