Search for your server (using name or ip w/e). See if you see it.

I can't see it on http://monitor.sacnr.com/, does that mean its blacklisted :S

What host are you using?
You should contact them, your announce file is probably corrupted or under wrong permissions.

announce and query both should be kept 1

Ok thnx for trying to help, but the problem is that my friend got me the host, so i told him to contact them.

i dont see any problem here, seems like you might need to port forward then.

Its a 24/7 server Hosted by a company (which i dont know).

Again thanks for everyone's help, now its fixed, and the server is NOT blacklisted or anything. And for people who have the same problem: it was because my server is Linux, and by mistake i deleted the announce file and put the announce file of a Windows server, so my friend the one who contacts the company, told them to change it back. And now it WORKS!
