I worked it out, it was something in my FS that was stopping the timer from running... +Rep to all who helped!

I just found something. I use Xtreme Admin and I have put it in server.cfg:

filterscripts XAdmin
But, when I load the filterscript, it stops the timer from running. If I remove XAdmin from server.cfg, the timer works again. What is wrong? Do you want me to send you a copy of my XAdmin so you can check it?
