This looks great, might try to do something similar where they can create usernames and, as in the first page someone stated something about cafe's, they would need to use the email there.

Good for hardcore roleplaying servers, e-mail addresses are rarely used in roleplaying servers if you cannot send e-mails to offline members, so once they log into the server, they may read the message. Not sure if this does the same.

Man i have a problem,when i press send email and the user name its says name not exists,and the user have buy a pc,also i have make the two files.Maybe the problem 0.3E version?

Really, great work.
Just suggesting this:
Get the server hostname (defines and/or server var) and trim it, and make usernames with it!
If my server's "some Crazy Fun!", it would give me: rajat_pawar@somecrazyfun.com !
Would be fun to make, and even better to implement.
