Oh god...I bet Kalcor is the same Developer of VC-MP beacuse i've read that somewhere. Anyways about Y_Less i think is in the VC-MP team. Why it is not often updated? Simple beacuse it is not popular and he waste time to script it if it not used much.

VC-MP is not abandoned but its development is VERY slow
