UPDATE: jQuery has been added to the http://www.rl-rp.com/OM , just for a funnier effect.

What do you mean? You mean eg. the .map files to the CreateObject?
There are already enough sites for that (My favourite: http://gtamap.delux-host.com/converter/)

I was just thinking, I won't do the offline tool because it does already exists (made by gamer931215 I guess).
