Confirmed, me too.

When i'm add the logtimeformad bottom of server.cfg, the server is crash.

Test the code I posted before if it doesn't work then add like 200ms to all the timers and test igan.. If it still doesn't work add more.

Just add this code to your server: http://pastebin.com/kJ90B0gr and then replace all your "ConnectNPC" with "AntiFloodConnectNPC".

Note: this code is untested but should be working.
