When you are in the server, typ /rcon loadfs Bob.(You need to be rcon logged in). When you are at the helicopter enter it first as driver and after it try to enter.

you have to already have the chopper in your server this is just an addon to any cargo bobs that you spawn

I`m falling from the heaven to the Hell if i am entering the Cargo (logged in as rcon-Admin).
But if (while im falling) someone is flying the Cargo and i go out (with /cargoout) im at the new position.
So, going out works, but the interior failes.....
(I took the Script from your 2nd Source, ill try some mirrors)
