As previously stated, the theme of this website is based off 1 picture, and 1 picture only.
This is the picture: /imageshack/img825/5899/27604489.jpg
As long as you maintain the white body, you could have whatever theme you like.

EDIT: And as for the plugins, you can create webpages in full HTML via the AdminCP.

Right now, I have no idea how I would go about implementing features that give the user that much control of the script. I could script in what you mentioned, about getting other fields from other databases and displaying them about the player, but until someone comes up with an idea on how plugin support could be scripted in, I doubt it would be added. I will however give it a go and hope for the best, after the website is finished.
Hope I have cleared things up, sorry for the confusion.
